Return Policy

Thirty (30) day return policy; Non-defective or undamaged merchandise: the merchandise must be complete (including any manuals or accessories), unused and in its original unopened packaging with the factory seal intact. There may also be a return tag on your items, please do not remove. If removed we will not be able to accept. Merchandise opened, damaged or altered by the customer cannot be returned. Please note, there is a 10% restocking fee. Credit would be given for returns.

Defective & Damaged Merchandise; Items that fail to function on their first use may be returned to Ubersecure Limited for a full refund or exchange within seven (7) days of the date of receipt. However, items that are altered, damaged due to misuse, accidents, fire, flooding, natural disasters, or used with incorrect voltage or circuits, including damage from voltage fluctuations, are not eligible for return and are not covered under warranty.

Inks and toners that do not function due to improper maintenance of printing machines are also ineligible for exchange or credit. Improper maintenance includes, but is not limited to, issues such as faulty drum units, damaged rollers, supply system failures, or any problems arising from neglect or the printer reaching the end of its lifespan.

Please note: Inks which were sold prior to manufacturer’s sell-by date and have subsequently passed this date while in your possession are also not eligible for exchange or credit.

To request a refund or exchange, the customer must provide the original purchase invoice issued by Ubersecure Limited.

Warranty & Repair

Merchandise should be registered with the manufacturer to be covered by warranty. Manufacturer authorized local repair centre will be recommended for repair.

Payment Method

Please note we are moving away from cash and cheque payments. Our preferred method of payment is bank transfer to the account listed on the invoice.
We also now offer payment via credit card using an online portal.
